A BROKEN down car is causing rush-hour tailbacks on a Hampshire motorway.
The vehicle is currently blocking one lane of the M3 northbound at junction 13 near Chandler’s Ford.
Disruption is being reported on the M3 and back onto both M27 sliproads.
Motorists are advised to check their route before travelling.
UPDATE: The vehicle was removed from the carriageway at about 8am.
