A FORMER pub near Swanmore is set to be transformed into a family home.
The Prince of Wales public house, in Shirrell Heath, has received consent for a change of use to a four-bedroom house based of a large plot.
Goadsby Commercial has been instructed to market the 2,000 sq ft two-storey property.
Daniel Rawlings of Goadsby, said: “It is a shame to see that this former public house is no longer viable commercially, however we are delighted that consent has been granted to provide a four-bedroom family home in this rural setting.”
The freehold vacant property is on the market at £425,000.
